Delivery Rules
Delivery time: from the moment an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, the product is delivered within a maximum of 2 (two) business days across Georgia. Delivery process: a courier will contact you at the contact number provided when placing the order, before delivering the item.
Returning Products
Return period: the customer has the right to request the return or exchange of a purchased product within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days from receiving the item. The product must retain its original commercial appearance, factory packaging, and stickers, and must show no signs of use or damage. When returning a product, the courier service costs are covered by the customer (the cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded).
Refund Procedure
After the item is returned to the warehouse and its condition is inspected, the amount will be refunded to the customer to the same bank account/card from which the payment was made. The funds are reflected within a maximum of 5 (five) business days, in accordance with banking procedures.
