Data Collection and Processing
Data processed: when placing an order, the company processes the customer's first name, last name, personal number, phone number, email address, and delivery address. Purpose of processing: the data is used solely to fulfill the order, deliver the product, and communicate with the customer.
Security of Banking and Card Data
Irakli Gulordava does not store and has no access to the customer's bank card details (card number, expiration date, CVC/CVV code). All financial transactions are carried out directly on the secure servers and payment systems (Payment Gateway) of partner banks ([Bank of Georgia / TBC Bank]), which meet international security standards (PCI-DSS).
Data Storage and Transfer to Third Parties
Customer data is stored for the period established by law and is not transferred to third parties, except where this is necessary to complete the service (e.g. providing the address to a courier company) or is required by law.
