1. Product
All products are presented with photos, descriptions and prices. Product color or design may vary slightly due to screen variations.

2. Price and Payment
All prices are in GEL and include all taxes. The product price is fixed – 30 GEL per poster. Payment can be made by the following methods: • Bank card • Transfer • Payment to the courier (by agreement)

3. Delivery
Delivery is free throughout Tbilisi. Delivery to other cities by agreement/additional cost. Delivery time is 1-3 business days from order confirmation.

4. Return and exchange
The customer has the right to return the product within 2 business days of receipt, only if: The product is damaged upon receipt; Does not match the description. When returning, the product must be unopened, in pristine condition. Refunds are made in the same way as payment.

5. Personal data
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill the order (user name, phone, address). Your personal data is protected and will not be transferred to third parties, except for delivery partners.

6. Copyright
All visuals, designs and descriptions on the site are the property of "ScratchMe". Their copying, distribution or use for commercial purposes is prohibited without our consent.

An order can be canceled before the product is shipped. After shipping, an order can only be canceled according to the return policy.

What is ScratchMe?
ScratchMe is a brand that offers thematic scratch-off posters — movies, TV series, books, music, places, for couples and other topics. Our posters are interactive and designed to entertain, motivate and inspire.

How does a scratch-off poster work?
Each poster has 50 or 100 selected elements (e.g. movie, book, place, etc.). When you finish viewing/reading/feeling any of these elements – you scratch off the corresponding box and your progress is clearly visible. This is both a game and a decoration at the same time 🎯

How long will it take to deliver?
📦 Delivery in Tbilisi is carried out within 1 to 3 business days, free of charge. 📦 In other cities – individually, by agreement.

Do you have a store or do you only sell online?
Currently we only work on online sales, but you can view and detailed product descriptions on our website or social networks. We are also often represented at various festivals and exhibitions
